Scott Wellness Services - Reports & Policies

Reports and policies demonstrate a volunteer / paid-on-call fire department’s commitment to organizational wellness when actively implemented and supported within the department. They also provide strong documentation for funding opportunities and program development.

Psychological Status Report | $600 + HST

This service provides a pulse check of psychological safety and wellbeing within the department using standardized screening tools. It includes customized design, distribution, and a summary report of findings for departmental records or presentation to Council. This assessment may be repeated semi-annually or annually.

PTSD Prevention Plan | $600 + HST

This service includes a review of the department’s PTSD Prevention Plan to ensure alignment with legislation and best practices, or the development of a new Plan where needed. It also includes an assessment of how the Plan is being implemented to ensure procedures are realistic and actionable.

Travel outside Middlesex County is billed at the current CRA mileage rate.
