This service supports the development of a Peer Support Team through consultation, policy development, recruitment, interviews, and training coordination, ensuring the program aligns with your department's capacity and needs. 

This service adheres to best practices by coordinating annual refresher training and facilitating team-building for Peer Support Teams, plus post-incident support to promote high quality interventions and manage compasson fatigue.
